Namaste and welcome back to Oceanfront Yoga.
This is an all levels practice designed to touch and take care of everything physically, and also hit the reset button mentally.
Keep in mind this is primarily a breathing exercise that we add physicality to. The amount and intensity level of the physicality is up to you.
