Let Me EDIT Your RAW Photos? Submit up to 3 files for consideration

Now's your chance to have me, another professional photographer and other Fro readers edit your files.

Please only submit up to three RAW files for consideration. Make sure the file names follow this method, last_first_1

By submitting files you are giving FroKnowsPhoto the permission to use the RAW file in a video and make it available to the community to download. You still retain all rights to your images. You are also giving permission for your image to be shared on social media.

The absolute worst part of sending the DNG of your Lightroom edit is the fact that many of us don't use Lightroom simply for the fact of the price. As an amateur (and a teenager, I might add), I don't have the money to pay for Lightroom. I use Cyberlink Photodirector 6 Ultra, and it works great! Jared pretty much assumes everybody uses Lightroom, and frankly, not everybody does.

Interesting. Just uploaded a dim raw. It was taken without checking the ISO setting on my camera. A mistake by me, a newbie shooting in manual mode for the first time. Hope it is relevant.

I am very excited to finally see how other people would edit my own pics because I actually feel like I am ruining them sometimes! I would be lucky to have one of mine there :D
Anyway, when will it be published? I will be happy to edit others as well :p

Question Jared - if you pick someone's photo to edit do you give them a heads-up so they know to look out for a video in the future, or will they only find out when the actual videos come out?

I just started shooting in RAW, I haven't even edited any of my RAW files. I've only edited my JPGs.

Since i don't use Lightroom ( it's not LInux friendly ) I just sent you the RAW NEF files straight out of camera. I had trouble editing them in RAW Therapee and Aftershot Pro3 because of really high noise and ISO in very poor indoor stadium lighting trying to shoot kids indoor Lacrosse... would love to see if you could recover them.

Matt Granger's cat is called Loki, (low key, she's black). Your cat is also black so calling him Loki wouldn't make sense, given there'd be 2 photographer's cats with the same name. So, . how about Eyfro, (1 eye, little Fro)? Yes? Failing that, what about: Sebastião, (Salgado)? Good? No?

wuts goin on jared I've been watching and learning from you for a few years now and i was wondering what was a good sharp wedding all around lens for a canon 80d ??? I'm bout to upgrade to one and i ready don't won't the kit lens.
