𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘 𝟭𝟭 𝗝𝗨𝗡𝗘 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟬: Nigel Farage suddenly and immediately quit LBC radio today after apparently falling out with the radio’s bosses.

The bust-up follows Farage likening Black Lives Matter protesters to the Taliban during a fiery television debate on Tuesday.

Apparently, Mr Farage didn’t want to fulfil the rest of his contract and walked out, leaving LBC with just hours to fill tonight’s programme.

Mr Farage, an ardent Brexiter who played a key role in getting and ‘winning’ the 2016 referendum, has hosted the one-hour slot at LBC from Monday to Thursdays since 2017.

The station this afternoon tweeted: 'Nigel Farage's contract with LBC is up very shortly and, following discussions with him, Nigel is stepping down from LBC with immediate effect.

'We thank Nigel for the enormous contribution he has made to LBC and wish him well.'

Fellow LBC presenter James O'Brien, an ardent Remainer and strong critic of Mr Farage tweeted: 'We got our station back'.

Mark, from near Kettering, explained to Mr Farage how he used to be a Remainer, but something monumental happened to change his mind.
