The old lady vanishing in the background of the interview, watch it carefully in the zoomed in repeat of the vanishing and you will see to the left people appearing and vanishing in the area further away. It's simply an edit in the footage using a fade instead of a cut before being shown on the news, it was not live.

The commentator showed his lack of class @ 1:29:40 when he deemed it appropriate to casually use foul language that is not even permitted on television in the US. It was all the more surprising to hear since the presentation features inappropriate behaviors. Although dwindling rapidly since the pandemic, there remains a small amount of decent company to whom one should show respect by refraining from the usage of vulgar language. And the narrator in this video should be aware of the fact that speakers in his field are meant to show respect to their audience.
