The playoffs should have been expanded to minimum 6 teams at the very start. You give automatic births to each power 5 conference winner and then at least one at large bid. Going to 8 would be even more fair you can do 3 at large bids...not sure why people are resisting this. It’s only a matter of time.

More playoff teams means the best programs just have more opportunities to rise to the top. UGA would perhaps be the biggest beneficiary, but it's a bad idea. Would greatly water down the conference play...UGA/Bama would have truly meant nothing if you expand the playoff.

Lining up with Washington at TE and Gilbert in a WR set would be scary for any defence especially with pickins on the other wing
