They’re worth it once you finally get them, but having thousands of dollars tied up in pre ordered statues due to fomo is a real big draw back

Over the years, orders with Sideshow Collectibles totals 131. The 131 orders are made up of Statues, Figures, Art-prints + one or two others types of items they sell.
My 1st order with Sideshow was R2-D2 Deluxe 1/6 Figure by Sideshow (Nov 05, 2015)
My 1st 1/4 statue ordered through Sideshow was Captain Marvel (Jan 31, 2016)
I still have a total of 18 orders waiting to ship.
I have never sold a single Statue, Figure, Art-print by Sideshow or any other company. I am thinking of selling off some pieces in the future, as i am out of space, simple as.

Thank you for the time capsule 👍☺️ Was very fun. I felt that you cancelled alot, so I went too see my history and I was shocked to see that I cancelled more statues then I thought that I did. That was indeed surprising to see. And yeah those prices back in the day. One thing is for sure those prices will never ever coming back ☺️🤭

Wow...quite the intimate reveal into one man's shopping psyche. 😂 Besides those eye-poppingly low prices from 10-12 years ago, the most notable thing to take away from this video is that there's nothing left on pre-order for SS. That just about says everything that needs to be said about the current state of the hobby.

It's funny. At the beginning of my statue journey I canceled so many things but I also canceled and then reordered and then canceled it again like two or three different pieces. Sometimes I would call and get my deposit back. Sometimes I would not. I've been much better in the last year or two, but I just ordered the new Harley Quinn variant PF but then I just canceled that last night. I just couldn't justify the price so that was $70 USD for no reason haha. Which is like 105 Canadian: (
