850 turbo in mxz but not in the back country? How does that make any sense?

Last year I wanted a backcountry with smartshocks didn't get it and the released the gen 5 on some models so I waited a year this year they release a gen 5 backcountry but no smart shocks on the xrs again and the mxz has a turbo so I'm gonna wait another year for smart shocks and now a turbo why couldn't they made the xrs the same as the mxz
