They soon discover a secret hidden room that has the extraordinary power to materialize anything they wish for. Like children in a fairy tale, they spend days and nights indulging their every material desire. And then one day, they ask for something different: a child, a little boy of their own, only to discover some wishes have dire consequences.

At first, I was like "Very poor choice for a title." Then I was rolling my eyes at the cliche "Couple move into a house and find out the previous owners killed themselves." Then the premis of the room shows up and I am like . . . . "Huh. Ok. So this is sort of interesting and different."

Bro you can't just name your movie after an established classic and expect to ride its coattails. I saw the title and was hoping it was going to be a sequel where Johnny's ghost haunts his former San Francisco townhouse and a now grown-up Denny has to seek out an exorcist, who turns out to be a reformed Chris-R who stopped dealing drugs and became a priest.
