I think I've realized something. All of us who love the show are sad about the show ending, and we're all worried about the fandom dying. Doesn't that prove the opposite, though? The love and concern we all have for ponies is exactly why the fandom will be just fine. 💖

I was apart of the fandom for such a long time, but i had grown out of it the past 2 years, my life has changed a lot since then. But I still think the show is supper cute and i'll still watch it from time to time, but I hope the fandom never dies, it's a very fun fandom too!

The fandom is doing many things but dying is not one of them, true many people think it will once the FIM series ends, but if anything the fandom is still thriving, and it still will be for years to come...i mean yeah the fandom may run it's course someday but it'll be a longtime before that happens, the main reason why many think the fandom will die after FIM is because they think it won't be same, and that Gen5 won't be good enough to pick the slack back up, but i for one i will watch G5 whether it's good or not.

To let the fandom die then we're abandoning it, its like saying that if you hate Spiderman then your not supporting Stan Lee, we will make sure that the fandom will not die and pass it on to people who are in need of friendship

The Fandom isn't dying! It's still alive as it is, I'm not sure why people are freaking out and going "Oh... THE FANDOM IS DYING!" when it isn't dying, There's still My Little Pony Generation 5 *insert random MLP G5 Name Here*. I might move into the Anime Fandom but i'll still be here in the Pony Fandom because I'm interested in Gen 5 and will remember all the memories I have made meeting new people and making friends in the Pony Fandom, New or Old Friends I'm glad I got to be apart of one big community.

Dispite my little pony friendship is magic is ending but we will never stop watching the show as long as we create fan art and fanfiction and keep talking about the show my little pony will never die. Its okay to move on but the memories that we had on watching mlp fim will never fade but passed on

I really don't see ponies going anywhere. It's been so highly influential and inspirational to many people that it's actually rather difficult to stray away from, especially for content creators in the fandom. Even in terms of content consumption, I think I'll always prefer pony fanart to regular fanart just because of the connection I've had for nearly a decade now, and that's really something special.

I'm growing more and more curious of what gen 5 will bring for the franchise. i have no doubt it'll be just as awesome as gen 4 was
