Given the concern about strength up top all your players where showing you should get at least 1 good striker to compete with Thomas and Wakeling. Even if it is just for morale. I tend to have that be someone on loan for free who only gets in with injuries and to keep morale up as my true backup strikers are talents. I do feel bad for said striker though as his development never bounces back like an elastic band.

Hello Matt. I'm sorry if you've already answered this question before, I try to keep up with all your videos but sometimes I just can't find time. I've noticed that you got set positional opposition instructions that you apply before each game. Is that something that you've set up yourself or is it a coach/assman that decides what exact instructions? Seeming as it at the final gave different instructions on their lcm-rcm which you changed to the same instructions. Maybe you've just set it up that way?
