How do you reference/use specific form fields in a workflow? i.e. email... Use case would be to pull the email field into the workflow and then "Find Contact" and update a value from another field. Do you NEED to create a custom value?

Is it possible to send an sms to a user asking to confirm if the email we have is correct for them ?

And if they say no is it possible for them to send different email via sms and it update the contact records email?
