It's a serious question. Videos don't just click during silence for no reason in an organized manner. I would decode it if I knew what it was. Is it a series of bits? Is there any error correction if it is? What format is it to be read in (Ex. ASCII, Unicode, ANSI, etc). Does it represent the number or does it represent letters making up a secret message?
