Verse 5: Swami Aparajitananda defines Yoga and discusses difficulty of homogeneous mixture of Consciousness and thought in the absence of Yoga.

Verses 6, 7, 8: LEVEL 4 - SAGUNA NIRĀKĀRA UPĀSANĀ or VISHVARŪPA ISHVARA UPĀSANĀ or DIVINE VISION (Chp. 11)

Swamiji elaborates on -
• Spiritual vision and accessories of this conceptual and difficult Upāsanā and reason for calling it Upāsanā.
• World as real, but an opportunity and means to love God.
• A heart full of emotions for God and prayers.
• Terms used for God.
• Clear intellect, mind support and mind application.
• Purpose of Upāsanā.
• Talking to God and seeking guidance.
• "Matparāhā", "Samuddhartā", concept of Yogakshema and lifting from level 4 to level 5.
• This Upāsanā is not Karma Yoga.
• Different imports of term "I" when used by Lord.

Contemplating on the words 'अनन्या योग ' and 'योगक्षेम 'makes one understand that, through upasana, Sagun Bhakti is the journey of the heart where the mind rules.God is the creator and world is a place to develop devotion.
Where as in Nirgun Bhakti head rules over heart.Saadhak sees conciousness everywhere.World seems an illusion. Upnishads the source of this subtle knowledge.
With strong intellect says, 'अहम् ब्रह्मास्मि'.
