Quik-Latch QL-38 hood pin install discussion on my carbon fiber RKSport hood (Part 2)

These were needed on my hood due to heat flex and some flexing at higher expressway speeds. I think they're worth every penny.

Could use socket to tighten nuts. Should use thread lock.

Hey Steve how are you liking these hood pins? I have a truck with a RK Sport ram air hood and am having the same type of issue with part of the hood wanting to rise up while at highway speeds and dont want my hood to fly off at higher speeds. not sure how these will look on a white hood and a lifted truck but i think the safety if more important then the looks.

IS THIS COMPANY (QUIK-LATCH) STILL IN BUSINESS?? The entire website has been UNDER CONSTRUCTION for YEARS and EVERY SINGLE PRODUCT SAYS "OUT OF STOCK".
Their instagram page has not been updated in YEARS... And the facebook page also has not been updated in YEARS..

I worry about WARRANTY if the company is not reachable. They appear to have NO CONTACT INFORMATION on the page (all under construction).
