I just saw another video making this yesterday but theirs was fluffy just like American Buttercream would look like. She used the same ingredients. I'm guessing the ratios were different 🤔 I asked her this question. Can you make rolled Buttercream using Swiss Meringue Buttercream? I'm not a fan of American Buttercream because of its sweetness but Swiss Meringue is just the right sweetness for me. It's the Buttercream I make/use the most but again. I'd love to know if I can do it with that Buttercream? Thanks in advance for answering...

Sorry ma, is corn syrup the same as golden syrup or glucose syrup, bcos i cant find corn syrup here in nigeria
