I remember in 2020 when I voted 10 thousand times for Biden. Of course I had only arrived last weekend via immigrant caravan and Biden himself shook my hand when we arrived at the US were they gave us a seminar on how to commit voter fraud. After I voted we were handed all kinds of government benefits, Kamala even said they were taken from legal US citizens. Good times 😁

As a canvasser in NC, if we don't win, it is due to people not voting. Most people I talk to, rural or urban environments. Harris is big and trump is rare

The problem here in NC is that despite a slight majority Democratic voters, we've had a Republican government for about a decade now and they've gerrymandered the shit out of the state. I think the number was that in a normal map we would elect 7 democrat representatives and 7 republicans, but the new maps that got passed make it 3-11 in favor of the GOP. Of course we contested the maps but it got sent up to the supreme court and you can guess what happened there.

I'm hopeful that the Mark Robinson stuff makes a difference but it's a big gap to close.

MI going blue (again) is promising. Even in my small town Conservative area, I've seen more Democrat signs and stickers since 2022. The local Dem party chapter is even starting to wake back up after years of defeatism.

PA voter here. Pennsylvania is a "no excuse" mail-in ballot state, which means when you register to vote you can just check the box saying you'd like a mail-in ballot, and they just do it. You don't need to prove any hardship, or say you're too far from a voting place, or that you have a medical condition. You just check the box, your ballot arrives a couple weeks early, and you have ample opportunity to fill it out and mail it back in.

For my area, the election office even sends out emails and texts saying they received your envelope. They can't open it until election day to make sure you did it right, so that's something you need to be extra careful with. Follow the instructions exactly, or your vote won't count.

I'm in rural AZ. I am seeing very little Trump enthusiasm here. Four years ago, the Trump signs and banners were everywhere. Not to mention the mini parades that seemed to show up out of nowhere. Not so much this year. Saw a truck with a trump sign today.

As a PA voter, I have my obvious gripes with Josh Shapiro (the Palestine shit being the obvious one here) but I do like being able to count on him to not take Republican election interference at a local level lying down.
