HUAWEI P20 HARD RESET

Easy tutorial how to hard reset Huawei P20 .
Hard reset no working with locked google account in your phone !
1.) Turn it off
2.) HOLD ON/OFF + VOLUME UP
3.) At logo still hold VOLUME UP until recovery menu
4.) Make WIPE DATA/ FACTORY RESET
Use Volume + ON/OFF buttons
5.) REBOOT SYSTEM NOW
6.) HARD RESET DELETE ALL DATA IN DEVICE!!!

I have a big of a big issue. My volume up and down button are stuck so i can't press any physical buttons to get into recovery mode. I also can't use the HiSuite to recover because my phone never has been connected to it and has no access to it.

Im trying to fix my mother-in-law’s phone. I did what you showed in the video but It didn’t seem to wipe the hole thing. It still needs google account info to log in and this is what she can’t remember. Is there a way to delete the google account linked to it? I’ve also talked to customer support to get into her account but the link they send us didn’t work at all.
