The Wiley X SG-1 tactical goggles have stood the test of time and continue to be the top seller. Wiley X expert Karen and Sunglass Rob give a full review as to why these goggles continue to fly off the shelves.

These Wiley X sunglasses can be used as a goggle or normal pair of wrap-around sunglasses. The temples are removable and can be replaced with a goggle strap.

The SG-1 lenses are interchangeable so they can be used at any point during the day.

Wiley X designed the frame material on the SG-1 to be very flexible and comfortable. Even though the frame is lighter, it will still meet the militaries ballistic standards along with the ANSI requirements.

For accessories, the Wiley X SG-1 will come with 2 sets of lenses one grey plus clear, temples, goggle strap, zipper hard case, microfiber cleaning cloth, and a leash cord.

You can get the Wiley X SG-1 with prescription lenses and the lenses will still have the ANSI stamps on them.

The SG-1 is considered a one size fit all.

I used these for a few months motorcycling, I found the vents allowed way to much air flow in due to the gaps in the vents which make my eyes water. Also the inside glass has started to delaminged and layers of the lens material (coating?) is pealing off and not massively scratch or fog resistant

I bought a set of those all the back in the early '00. They're only just now starting to break down to the point that I'm having to shop for a replacement. A pity that they no longer seem to have colored lenses. I had a set of smoke green and red.

Do these fit well for Asian? I know some companies now make special Asian versions because we seem to have different features in our nose brow that makes normal glasses/goggles not fit well.

I have those, my only problem is that when I wear it in indoors, they quickly get fog, but when I'm on outdoors, they don't get fog.
By the way, didn't TOM CRUISE use a pair?

I got these with perscription lens for shooting with anti-fog coating; they are effectively useless. They fog up after about 5 - 10 minutes. I wore them in an 8 hour shooting class and they were a constant problem. I had to constantly pull the glasses away from my face and vigorously shake them up and down to defog them. I dropped A LOT of money on these, super disappointed and still without a good shooting goggle solution.
