Splitting and Concatenating Arrays - Beginner Python NumPy Exercises #6

We start with concatenating or joining multiple NumPy arrays, then talk about more specific concatenation functions like vstack and hstack. Lastly, we talk about splitting arrays, both one dimensional and multi-dimensional NumPy arrays using vsplit and hsplit functions.
