It is a tentative date and jkpsc is known to postpone … at max I think it can get delayed by a week or 2… but most likely will be held on November may be the last week of it because it is already too late

Age should be 45 as in various states like RAJASTHAN...or atleast 42 as in several states like UTTERAKHAND, , MP, , CHATTISGARH etc etc...we should raise voice for 45 or atleast 42 yrs...dont settle for 40
