Don Pollo is basically every Dominican Parent cultural traits exposed to the main stream internet. Unnecessarily loud, making food noises while he eats, being incredibly spontaneous and random with expressions of enthusiasms, and Ofcourse the loud default phone notifications that they refuse to change due to being unable to operate any phone menu lol.
