hello sir, you mentioned in your video that the patient should start HAART if their VL >100k and/or CD4 <350-500, BUT you also mentioned they shouldn’t start HAART if asymptomatic due to the risks outweigh the benefits if taking HAART (the side effects).

so my question is, what if the patient has VL >100k and CD4 <350 but they’re asymptomatic, do they need to start HAART too?
