Hi, Please help. Single click on trigger button doesn't take me to F mode. I did single click from all other modes but it never took me to F mode. I cant go to F mode at all !!. As given in manual, Long press on trigger button activates F mode and it goes back to previous mode upon releasing the trigger. The firmware version is 2.02 upgraded on 27 June 2020, The Gimbal is purchased in January 2020.. Please help to solve the problem. How to go to F mode.

I find it really confusing the right way to balance the pan axis. In this video the pan axis arm is perpendicular to the ground. While on the instruction manual the axis arm is parallell to the ground. Which is really the right way?

Is there a factory reset? My gimbal has just stop. Screen is on . Can’t turn off, can’t work any of the functions. Can anybody help please

again: NO INFORMATION about how how to enable the record button. No cable enclosed, no wireless connection possible. This is so sad, guys.
