whyJakarta in 2020 - 2050 have minus GDP projection? I think Jakarta will more rise in that years because of the demography bonus in Indonesia will reach its peak in 2025-2030.

You can't project what the Asian contries will do based on past perfromance. Japan had great demographics and western technology in the 60s through the 80s. Everyone said that they will surpase the US in economic strength, but demographics ruined it. They've only held steady since 1990 and that's only by building their products in China and the US. Korea...same deal one decade later. Now it's China's turn for demographics to turn their tide. They too will fall to the demographics of the US along with its North and South American resources and its ownership of the best farmland in the world. China's birthrate is 1.15 with 2.1 needed just for replacement. This is on top of the 40 years of the one child policy.

This is not accurate as India is building many Greenfield smart cities like Dholera, Gift, Amaravati etc. Which are expected to grow more then Mumbai and Delhi in future. So they must also suppress Shanghai and Beijing till 2100 or earlier.
