(Would ‘Rent’ make better sense if it were under the ‘Operations’ bracket since rent is so widely varied? Not sure how they get their numbers or if it’s averaged out or how it works, but that’s ok.

And if rent is adjusted into the cost, wouldn’t that make buying LV online the cheapest since LV could own it’s own storage/shipping facility rent free?

I obviously haven’t researched any of this but one day I’ll probably go down the rabbit hole and try to learn how it all works.) 😅

So much of any price on these luxury goods is about the name. The brand. So people can show the world they have good taste and some money. It’s creating that image for themselves. Why they pay.

I think you're also missing the design cost that goes behind making such a bag. You can give those materials to anybody in the world but only experienced designers would create such a nice product
