I use QQ9 with 10mm, operator foregrip, owc laser tac, mono integral and strike stock. It doesn't ads super fast but it's still pretty decent. I honestly feel like QQ9 is more accurate than rus if you spray the whole mag, otherwise rus is more accurate. But instead of rus I'd rather use gks or hg40.

do you pull down the shot button ? or you use the finger bottom right ? or both ? shot button for recoil down for aim ? coz when i pull down its only 1 register i cant pull down and move right to left my shot button doesnt work but if i put my finger only on shot button and pull it down i control the recoil?

If your finding a setup that has high mobility with controllable recoil then here i'll help Cygnoux

Rtc light compensato brake - Muzzle
Mip Tactical Barrel - Barrel
No Stock - Stock
Ranger Foregrip - Under Barrel
45 Mag - Magazine

This is good setup it mainly focus on your mobility you may see that the weapon stat dosen't change much but once you play this setup with light weight you'll see the change for 45 mag you'll be rushing alot and 30 mag is not enough even fast reload so for 10mm mag don't mind that who needs a damage when you have high fire rate? keep in mind that this gun is almost identical to msmc Try this build but first I'll reccomend this perk

Lightweight - To add more mobility and to cancel the negative effect of 45 magazine

Quick Fix/Vulture - For more aggresiveness/ for vulture if you have long game and trying to get nuke

High Alert/Alert - Increase Awareness and Grants you the ability to see enemy movements

I wont reccomend everyone use QQ9 with 10mm mag it's useless due to the side effect it gives such as nerf fire rate, 10% vertical recoil and slow reload speed it only has 30 mag you'll burn alot of ammo while firing it so you must pick 45 mag instead
It still shreds without 10mm mag

I used a lot two combinations of QQ9....and my two others preferred guns are HG40 (as everybody), RUS and also GKS (but I did not find already my optimal set up....I still searching a good mix between accuracy/control and mobility/ADS)....
