American Liver Foundation Honors Dr. Christopher O'Brien | Jackson Health System

On September 8, 2016, the American Liver Foundation honored Dr. Christopher O’Brien at the Flavors of Miami event. With a medical career spanning more than three decades, Dr. O’Brien is a true miracle worker at the Miami Transplant Institute (MTI), a unique affiliation between Jackson Health System and UHealth— the University of Miami Health System. He brings experience, passion, and lifesaving proficiency to his roles as MTI’s medical director of liver, intestinal and multivisceral transplant, as well as professor of clinical medicine at the University of Miami Miller School Of Medicine.
