As a beginning yoga teacher I must say she has a way of making things simple. PLUS, talk is good, but demonstration - especially the way this girl effortlessly moves into poses- is powerful. Hi Ashley, Truly, thank you for the generosity of taking the time to share this very helpful, simplification yoga sequencing. In my mind, as a student of over 22 years under Bryan Kest and Vytas and Anaswara, never have I given thought to the art of sequencing, until I wish to teach to Children recovering from child prostitution and are in reform. In my mind, sequencing might as well have been advanced algebra, (which I failed beginning algebra 3 times!). With your 10-steps guide... today in class, I could easily identify what my teacher was doing in the sequence. Your guide has helped me tremendously. Thank you ever so much... -sherri

Especially considering the fact that I had a yoga instructor course in 2017, where they didn't even mention how to build up a class.... we learned one fix sequence but NOTHING about modifications or about variations... so frustrating, I'm trying to educate myself now.
