The past shapes the present and now we’re here today
With environmental standards we’re building in new ways
Sustainable sites LEED certified
Recycled materials that are locally supplied

The future looks bright with less limitations
Architecture is evolving with more applications

this is mega cringe. i think the content is good but the artistic style choice of using hip hop creates a strong dissonance for the viewer. its like playing opera music at a club, its just a mismatch of environment and message

for me the biggest great changes of architecture was in 2000s like taipei 101 (2004) and the biggest skyscraper in the world Burj Khalifa (2009) Shanghai world financial center (2008)

I don't know what the official term is for present day architectural styles (like modernism and post modernism) but I have nicknamed it eco modernism, though is fairness I might have read that somewhere, it's what I think of more current developments.
