Merhaba! - Hello! Just a little information on the Turkish language, 'c' is pronounced like the English 'j' and 'ç' is pronounced like the English 'ch', as is 'ş' like the English 'sh'. I can eat Turkish food all day, you're right, a lot of it is so light you can eat so much. One of my favourites is lahmacun and another is baklava!
