Did you know in Morbius…

There were originally supposed to be more ties to the Spider-Man and Venom universes. Originally, Carnage was supposed to be one of Morbius’ prisoners. Also, J.K. Simmons filmed scenes as J. Jonah Jameson, but thanks to delays, it became apparent in Spider-Man: No Way Home that Morbius did not actually exist in the same universe. So, J.K.’s scenes were removed. There is a reference to Venom in the first crime scene where Agent Ramirez mentions, “That thing in San Francisco.” This is a reference to Venom which Morbius even jokes about later.

This was a movie with writing, acting, directing, and cinematography. With all this considered, it is no surprise that it grossed dollars. I can't wait for the sequel, "Morbius 2: This Time We Ain't Morbin' Around". I believe it will go down as yet another one of the movies ever made.
