I found their customer service terrible. They flagged me and couldn’t tell me why

I have been a client of CIT Bank for a long time, there are no special questions for the bank, they do their job, I have a small deposit here. Of the bad moments, the application sometimes crashes, for example, last week I could not see the money transfer, and I could not confirm it for my client, I had to call the bank. As a result, the money was credited to the account, but they were not visible in the application.
