I see idiots like 9:00, all the time, in the States. They'll be in the far left lane (fast lane), then cut across 2 or 3 lanes of traffic to make their exit (sometimes last-minute). And there's usually signage at least a mile, in advance.

You saying at the end of the video that people pulling out shouldn't affect other road users is definitely true, I was taught the same, but the amount of people nowadays who just pull out, even on 60mph roads, is ridiculous. Society today has ceased to teach patience and tolerance, I'm happy to wait for a gap in traffic but the amount of times I hear a "BEEP" from some impatient dick behind is maddening..
