Here's an exercise plan specifically designed for goalkeepers:

- Plank Variations: Hold a plank position for 30-60 seconds, repeating it 3 times. Additionally, try side planks by supporting your body weight on one arm and leg. Hold each side plank for 30-45 seconds.
- Medicine Ball Throws: Stand facing a wall or a partner, hold a medicine ball, and engage your core as you throw the ball against the wall or to your partner. Catch and repeat for 10-15 reps. This exercise helps mimic the explosive movements involved in goalkeeping.

5. Flexibility and Recovery:
- Stretching: Perform stretching exercises targeting major muscle groups, particularly the legs (hamstrings, quadriceps, calves), hips, and shoulders. Hold each stretch for 20-30 seconds and repeat for both sides.
- Foam Rolling: Use a foam roller on your legs, glutes, and back to aid muscle recovery and alleviate any tightness or soreness.

Explaination: he means to not kick the ball on the middle or top but to kick it on the bottom of the balls and if you rotate your hips while kicking the ball it will go higher and will spin and apply right amount of power. For people don't know much about kicking or passing kicking the ball on bottom increase the height of ball when it is travelling, rotating your hips to a direction while kicking the ball will make it spin to the other direction, and lastly the amount of power decides how far the ball will go.
