Is the boost made by nebula increasing each time the equilibrium on the specific hero is activated or is the boost on top of the last boost and doubling, triple, aso that such high values are reachable? Solo Nebula can kill solo Rufus under right patronage, because when Nebula is doing solo, she applies double boost on herself :)
