You are hella strong, and with a good shaped physic that shows discipline and dedication. With that been said, pull ups nor push ups were full range of motion, so you did not beat it.

Still impressive, and you will notice even more strength once you only do full range of motion.

Speaking of pushups check my foam roller patented side wheel training. Takes a regular foam roller and makes it a full body training unit. Great vids keep at it!

🔥 all the way up, all the way down. I feel like the challenge is not fair for short-armed people versus long-armed people. (6 foot three tall person here 🙋‍♂️

I would do it by supersetting 10 push ups and 5 pull ups 10 times. Like David Goggins does

All I saw was 50 pull ups and ZERO push ups (but 100 half-ups)…….

This is the second of his videos I've seen that show terrible form and zero reps being done. He is going to become a joke and ruin his reputation.

I couldn't do it but I wouldn't call those half ass pushups pushups. Also those are definately chin ups not pull ups.
