I LOVE my Brevillle Go Slow Pro. I just which there was a Recipe book that was more comprehensive than the one that comes with the unit. All the books are for Insta Pots. Your ribs look delish!

The problem is the aluminum inner pot covered in ceramic. The ceramic wears off and you have to replace the inner pot every 6 months...

I recently purchased one of these. I've fully locked the lid, but I can wiggle the lid from side to side and when I pull up the lid from the knob the lid lifts slightly. Is this normal?
