In my opinion, i believe that Caesar or any defense agents that provide a shield are good for dps agents that revolves around doing consistent dmg throughout their high on field time. One example is Ellen, consistent dps output, and long on field time.

Opposite example is Zhu Yuan. Zhu Yuan revolves around stunning the enemies first to then dish out high burst dps during the stun duration. In this aspect, Qing Yi is way more suitable as Qing Yi have many attacks that grant invulnerability, easy to negate enemies attacks (dodge counter, 4th basic attack and hold basic attack final strike have long invulnerable duration compared to other agents). So far Zhu Yuan is the only burst dps that does not have high on field time, so every other attack or anomaly characters benefits from Caesar.

In my experience I have trouble with my ellen team surviving enemies as it relies more on me dodging and not dying, causing me to be unable to do the consistent dmg. This is where the shield would come in handy.

I really like Qing Yi a lot because of how she can do tons of dps, easy to not take dmg, able to stun enemies, and increase stun dmg multiplier. After playing Qing Yi, I feel like other stun agents are lacking in every aspect, quite slow in stunning enemies, and easy to take dmg and die.
To be honest, I think it's better to use Qing Yi in all of my team comps instead of other stun agents like Lycaon in Ice team and Koleda in fire team

Jane Seth Caesar is probably the best combo you can field for raw dps. Use Caesar to block an attack and proc her shield, swap to Seth, use his rush attack, quick assist Jane, who now has 2 layers of shield, a massive damage boost, and when combined with her dodges, gives so much sustainability that its just nuts.

Qlso, the only attack i have found that Caesar cant block is Ninevahs nuke

I am more crazy, jane-piper-caesar. My assault team, i destroyed the marionnette twins without loosing health and they were lvl 45 or so and it was in hollow zero
