My dad is 96 and he uses mustard on his chest for chest colds. I think mustard is very antimicrobial 🤷

Someone gave me a PACKET of mustard for my leg crap told me to eat it, we were at lunch, that cramp left as soon as i finished the packet, I like mustard but not that way but it got rid of my cramp, someone else tried it when they got leg cramps didn't work for them.I have not heard of this method though. I might just give this a try.
