Nokta Legend VS Minelab Equinox VS XP Deus 2 on 12” inch Silver Dime! (Buried over 1- year ago!)

In this video I test the Nokta Legend vs the Equinox 600 vs the XP Deus 2 on a 12” inch silver dime I buried over a year ago!
This video is in no way trying to make one detector look better than another— I use all these detectors and I think they all have specific strengths and weaknesses. I test detectors to learn (and to help others learn) how to use them better in the field, to learn their strengths and use them to my advantage.

I have been anxiously waiting for you to test the Deus ll and the Legend. Thank you. Looking forward to your 12" quarter test with these machines. Really want to see you test the separation capabilities of these awesome detectors. Looking to buy one, probably the Dues ll, if I can get pas the steep learning curve. Also, since I am in your neck of the woods, seeing how either detector handle our hot soil is of interest. Keep the videos coming.

Question. Why don't you use automatic ground balancing?

On the quarter with iron, can you switch silencer to 0 and iron vol to 0 and see what happens to the numbers?

I hope you can help me. My Deus2 is getting about half the depth of yours, and I'm tweaking it in many configurations, low disc, high sensitivity, low iron, 0.5 to 1 reactivity, 4-5 audio response, and everything in between. Im using the original 0.6 program since I have a Mac and can't reprogram it. Do I have a bad unit or what? I'm really disappointed in my new D2. The deepest coins I have found have been 5-6 inches or less. I sure hope you or someone else can help me, thanks!

Deus 2 is good for low conductor you should test with us 5 cent ..

Deus 2- disc at 4-6 iron volume-1 . That’s where it will smack it.

Try recovery speed 5 and sensitivity to abouts 20 believe it will hit better
