If my trim is 8mm and my tile is 8mm, won't the tile sit higher than the trim? The layer of adhesive can't be 0mm. make this make sense.

This video is hardly helpful...I know there are miter cuts and end caps and the music overpowers him. He should have been miked? But he also didn't really go over how to choose a trim....just how to work with it.
