Yeah I know RX 580 has the double performance of the GTX 1050 Ti but also the Wattage, it's actually tripled the consumption. Also it's very unfair to compare 8gb Vram to 4gb Vram. And yeah the pricing is ridiculous on Nvidia side.

in forza horizon rx 580 gameplay seems laggy( i mean the side tree, street lamp passing like 20 fps)
but in 1050ti gameplay is like buttery smooth.... why is that????

I got only 40+ Fps in cyberpunk when im arrive in the city. At first it runs normal along 60-90fps

While my gtx1050ti is not much hotter i like it.

Try not to use the fsr and it works better. I have the Asus 1050 ti 4gb and with the correct configuration the games work well.
