I heard the mayor speak about affordable housing which Is subjective, but I don't think he touched on the issue of rent control.

Will listen again in case i missed it, but i didn't hear anything for the Far East side, nor the Greater Southeast area of Columbus in regards to recreation for our youth. The development of new housing expansion in the Winchester Pike, Chatterton, Gender is exploding, and the infrastructure is not solid to accommodate the increase in traffic nor are there any recreation facilities for the families and children moving into the area. The Far East Recreation could definitely use upgrading/replacement in addition to a facility to accommodate the growth exploding in the Greater Southeast Area.
