Initial IQ ONE SQIN, Bemalen einer monolitischen Restauration mit Lustre Pastes ONE
Показать описание
For a standard key shade reproduction, shape and contour the monolithic zirconia or lithium disilicate framework using designated burs. After prepolishing with a ceramic polisher, the framework is softly sandblasted with 50 µm alumina oxide at max. 1.5 bar pressure.
The required Initial IQ Lustre Pastes ONE are dispensed on a ceramic plate and mixed to an ideal consistency using the diluting liquid. The highly fluorescent LP ONE Neutral Fluo is applied on the entire surface of the restoration.
The desired shade is created by a more or less intensive application of the Lustre Body A-D shades. The orange Lustre Enamel Effect 9 is used for the occlusal surface. With Lustre Enamel Effect 3 (Light Grey), a translucent effect is obtained. Excessive material is easily removed with a fine brush. After checking the shade, the restoration can be pre-dried in the furnace. Use GC Initial Firing Foam for a stable support of the restoration onto the firing pin.
Fire the restoration in accordance with the firing instructions in the Technical Manual.
For a more aesthetic result, further characterization of the crown in standard key shade can be done. Lustre Enamel Effect 4, Dark Grey, is used to increase the translucent effect. Occlusal ridges are highlighted with the Lustre Enamel Effect 2, White. Initial Spectrum Stains are powders that can be mixed with the Initial Lustre Pastes to obtain more colour variations for enhanced characterization. The chroma in the cervical area is increased with SPS-6, Caramel and a selection of Spectrum Stains such as SPS-9 (Brown), SPS-10 (Dark Walnut) and SPS-1 (Ivory White) is used to further individualize the restoration. Occlusal fissures and pits are also accentuated with SPS-10, Dark Walnut. A mixture of Lustre Enamel Effect Opal, L-Opal and L-5, Light Blue, is applied in the incisal area to increase the opalescent effect. After a second firing cycle, the fluorescence is clearly visible and can hardly be distinguished from natural teeth., certainly when compared to a standard polished zirconia crown. The finished zirconia crown has a natural gloss and an individualized appearance.
