Synopsis: “Tehran” tells the thrilling fictional story of a Mossad agent who goes deep undercover on a dangerous mission in Tehran that places her and everyone around her in dire jeopardy. The cold open features two young Israeli tourists on a plane to India, who become frightened when they learn that the plane will need to make an emergency landing in Tehran due to mechanical issues. Their fear and anxiety intensifies, knowing that their statehood will be revealed once they present their passports to local authorities. Viewers will get a glimpse of the show’s female protagonist, Tamar Rabinyan, portrayed by Israeli actress, Niv Sultan, dressed traditionally as she approaches Tehran to begin a covert operation on behalf of the Mossad, the National Intelligence Agency of Israel.

as an iranian i can tell you that 95% of iranians dont care if your israeli, or american.. you only have to see how many american tourists come and go from iran..., i cant speak for the government however.., same goes for any iranian visiting israel i suppose

Tamar is probably the worst Mossad agent to ever exist 😂 binge-watched both seasons and loved both of them so much. Faraz was probably my favourite character :)

This is by far the best series/film that portrayed Iran pretty authentically with actual footage and great attention to detail as well as great casting. Visually it is about 90% accurate.
The accents were a bit off, but the story and everything else was excellent!
One big oversight was orange trees in Tehran! It doesn't grow there! XD
Secondly, a woman cleaning floors in a highly restricted military building is 100% incorrect!

The ending was truly very shocking - it was NOT what most people expect, and many Iranians and Israelis alike will be shocked by how bold it was. Could it happen in reality? Maybe!

I only watched 2 episode it's starting nice they did well job but unfortunately about the cars they have been used for police par example it's wrong they should use Mercedes Benz c class up to 2006 it could be exactly same as Iran but well done
