Nice video! I just started using hostaway. Their monthly payments change based on how many units you have, I pay $30 per unit for the 8 units I operate. Also, the low onboarding fee was a big plus it was only $150. I don't like it as much as Guesty for hosts (formerly yourporter) but I've reached the amount of units they allow and needed something that could help us scale, the full version of Guesty was insanely more expensive than hostaway and friend who manages 30 units recommended them.

Thank you for your video. I have been with Host Away for about 9 months. Overall I really like it but I do find the support to be challenging. When I do connect with a live support person I have a fantastic experience. I am not a fan of the Help portal which is more of an overview rather than a solution to a specific situation.

I am a small property owner, (5 properties), and expected Hostaway to be too robust for my needs and pocketbook, but that has not been the case. Although at the beginning stages of use, I have found few features that would not benefit me. Admittedly, the c/s experience has been challenging but a team member has always come roaring back with enthusiasm, including solutions for my issues. It's too early in my experience to give a "all clear" but so far I my expectations are high, and I have been impressed.
