That Shanks one was spot on, considering in chapter 1001 Kaido himself said only a few people can damage him and a picture of Shanks was included with Oden, Whitebeard, and Roger.

We now know that Law's devil fruit doesn't work on individuals with extremely powerful haki, as the yonko. That would lead me to believe that the same applies to other devil fruit powers. I bet Sugar's and Bonnie's powers wouldn't work but I do believe Shirahoshi could take him out. I mean, those huge beasts just need to bring him underwater

Just wanted to add a few characters I thought of.
1: Crocodile. His ability to absorb moisture from anything is completely underrated. If someone like Jewelry Bonney can take out Kaido, I see no reason for Crocodile to do the same.
2: Caesar Clown. This guy has a few ways of beating Kaido without having to get close. First, he could produce any number of poisons to take down Kaido. Since Kaido is affected by alcohol, there’s no evidence he could resist the effects of poison like Luffy. Second, he could remove the air around Kaido and choke him. As long as he stays hidden and doesn’t get one-shot, it’s only a matter of time before Kaido falls.
3: Magellan. This one basically boils down to what I said for Caesar. We have no proof that Kaido is immune to poison, so it seems reasonable Magellan could theoretically beat Kaido.
