Never mind, find on the web the owners manual (google) :

Refer to pages 'Setting up Bluetooth' or something like that, depending on the manual you find. From there you will be able to connect the devices (essentially the pairing is done from the receiver instead) not like the video shows.

I paired this radio with my Motorola Droid Razr. I got a new Razr, because the one one broke, and now it says "Full Pair" when I try to connect, but it doesnt really connect. Any ideas?

How about when it doesn't pair still

Same here. My new Nexus 4 and the old iPhone 4S are flashing 'Full Pair' and does not connecting, nor showing any error. The Atrix and Ipad 2 that I own does connect to the car radio without problems.
