Dominic Wood - Torschlusspanik

I've been listening to a huge amount of Ambient/Post Rock bands recently and I've always wanted to make this genre of music in a band but it's never been possible; and I figured if there no need for vocals I could do it myself. So I've gave it a go. Dipping thy toe in the water and I'm starting to write another album from my fuck-around début - but still keeping a few key components from the first album.

I'm naming the album "Forgive The Child Who Cannot See" - no idea why. It sounds good. This is a little more serious than the first album, but I still do have the odd craze to put in random parts that make no sense to neither me or listener.

Thus, however, is the only track I've recorded so far. "Torschlusspanik" - Which means "gate-closing panic" this song refers to the fear of diminishing opportunities as one ages. It has a huge, epic sound to it. Huge drums. Even a huge title. Everything's huge. If you can make it half way through I think you'll enjoy it thereafter.
