Trump is a VEXATIOUS LITIGANT! I pray for a legal team to request relief (all the way up to SCOTUS if needed) to label him as such, and make him beg permission before bringing legal action in any US state or federal court. I LOVE the idea of CNN taking this all the way to trial!

Personally I believe this is Trump's attempt to capture the media spotlight before Maggie Haberman's new book is published. It's said that this is the book that Trump is most concerned about, since Haberman was the journalist who was the most prominent in covering his 'career'. I can't really see any success for Trump with this lawsuit (he has a very low success rate with legal challenges) and the only explanation that seems to fit his pattern is distraction.
